Payments stay between you
and your processor.
Divine is POS software — not a payments company. When a customer pays, the total displays on screen and your cashier processes it on your terminal. Your money goes directly to your processor. Divine never touches, holds, or takes a cut of your funds.
In plain terms: Divine manages your orders, menus, and reporting. When it's time to pay, the total shows on screen. Your cashier enters it on your terminal. Money goes customer → your processor → your bank. We're never in that chain.
Your processor. Your rates. Your relationship.
Divine POS works alongside most industry-standard card terminals. Already have a rate negotiated with your bank? Keep it. Already have a terminal you like? Keep using it.
We don't force you onto a specific processor or sell you proprietary equipment. Your payment setup stays yours — Divine just handles the POS side.
- Works alongside your existing card terminal
- Choose any payment processor — no lock-in
- Keep your negotiated rates
- Switch processors anytime without changing POS
Use the terminal you already have.
Divine POS works alongside your existing card terminal. The total is displayed large and clearly on screen — your cashier enters it on the terminal, customer pays, done. No fumbling, no mistakes.
You don't need to buy new equipment or switch terminals to use Divine. If it accepts cards, it works alongside us.
- Works alongside the terminal you already own
- Total displayed clearly for fast entry
- No proprietary hardware required
- Cash, card, and split payments supported
POS software. Not a payments company.
That's the whole point.
Square, Toast, and Clover make money from payment processing — that's why they lock you in. Divine doesn't process payments at all. We build POS software and let you handle payments however you want.
- POS company processes your payments
- Locked into their rates — can't negotiate
- Proprietary terminal required
- Switching POS means switching processor
- You choose your own processor
- Negotiate rates directly with your bank
- Use any industry-standard terminal
- Switch processors without changing POS
Important: Payment processing fees are charged by your processor, not Divine. This is the same rate you'd pay on any card transaction — Divine never adds to it.
We never see your customers' card data.
Divine POS doesn't process payments, so it never touches card data — full stop. Payments go from the customer's card directly to your processor. We're not in that chain at all.
Your processor handles all card security, encryption, and fraud detection. That's their job. We stick to ours — running your POS.
- Divine never processes or stores card data
- Card security handled entirely by your processor
- No PCI scope added to your POS software
- Fraud detection runs on your processor's end
Keep your processor. Keep your rates.
Just get a better POS.
Divine handles orders, menus, and reporting. Your terminal handles payments. Nothing changes about your payment setup — you just get better software running the front of house.
